Eigenschaften wie die Regulation der Raumluftfeuchte und Absorption von Schadstoffen machen Lehmbauplatten zu einer hervorragenden Alternative zu den bekannten Gipskartonplatten. Lehmbauplatten auf Unterkonstruktion oder direkt an der Wand befestigen – einfach und aus dem Trockenbau bekannt. Fugen gipsen und schleifen? Nicht nötig. Die Stoßkanten der Platten werden armiert und mit Lehm überspachtelt. Das Ergebnis sind glatte Flächen – beste Basis für die weitere Oberflächengestaltung mit conluto Lehmprodukten.
Für Wärme und Schalldämmung ist die conluto Lehm-Deckenschüttung passend. Keine Sorge bezüglich der Trocknungszeit. Sie ist in der Regel kurz und abhängig von Jahreszeit und Begebenheit. Die Restfeuchte beträgt 10 bis 14 % Die Verarbeitung geht schnell und ist staubarm durch die Restfeuchte. Auch das Pumpen mit einer Einblasmaschine ist bei der conluto Lehm-Deckenschüttung kein Problem und lässt sich ganz leicht umsetzen.
Die Stapeltechnik (loses Aufeinanderlegen von Lehmsteinen ohne Mörtel / Verklebung - und einer davor gebauten Lehmbauplatte) bringt Masse in den Bau. Das bedeutet: Wärmespeicherung und Schallschutz pur im Rahmen vom Trockenbau.
Mit dem schweren Lehmstein DF, voll (Steintyp) von conluto ist es möglich, nicht tragende Wände im Innenbereich (z.B. Wandausfachungen, Vorsatzschalen) zu errichten. Keine Zeit – kein Problem, denn bei dem schweren Lehmstein DF wird in der Regel keine extra Trocknungszeit benötigt. Die Wand steht und ist damit die beste Basis für den weiteren Aufbau z.B. mit den conluto Lehmputzen.

Interior insulation with clay
