Das Besondere an diesen Laien-Handwerkern ist, dass sie häufig genauso professionell arbeiten wie die Profis auch. Sie machen Erfahrungen, eignen sich Wissen an, arbeiten mit professionellem Werkzeug, probieren aus und lernen am Projekt.
